1. Who we are
Bibolo (the “Game” or the “App”) is developed and published by KIX SOFTWARE COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Vietnam.

2. Summary
Bibolo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network connectivity of any kind. Everything you do in the game stays on your device and never reaches us or anyone else.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect any of the following:
- Name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Location data, whether precise or approximate
- Contacts, photos, files, calendar, or health data
- Camera or microphone access
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV / GAID), or IP address
- Usage analytics, behavioural profiles, or crash logs
- Payment or purchase information
- Any information that could identify you personally
The App requests no operating-system permissions.
4. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves the following to your device’s standard app storage:
- Your best distance and total number of runs
- In-game coins you have earned
- Characters you have unlocked and the one currently selected
- Story progress and which memory fragments you have found
- Daily challenge status for the current day
- Your list of personal best scores
- Your settings: music volume, sound volume, and vibration on or off
This information is stored only on your device (using Apple’s UserDefaults on iOS and SharedPreferences on Android). It is never uploaded anywhere. We cannot read it, and neither can any third party. Deleting the App permanently erases all of it.
5. Third-party services
The App includes two open-source software libraries — shared_preferences (local saving) and audioplayers (sound playback). Both operate entirely offline and communicate with no server.
The App contains no advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash-reporting service, and no social media SDK. It is fully playable without an internet connection.
6. Platform-level data (Apple and Google)
When you download the App from the App Store or Google Play, the platform operator may collect information under its own privacy policy — for example download counts, or aggregated crash and performance reports if you have enabled sharing in your device settings. We receive only anonymous, aggregated statistics from these platforms and cannot identify any individual user.
That processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — or under the equivalent minimum age in your country.
The App contains no chat, no user-generated content, no social features, no advertising, and no links that lead outside the game.
8. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (European Union, EEA and United Kingdom), the CCPA and CPRA (California), and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection (Vietnam) give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete. You can erase everything the App has created simply by deleting the App from your device.
We do not sell or share personal information, because we have none to sell or share.
9. Data security
No data leaves your device, so there is no transmission that could be intercepted and no server database that could be breached. Information saved locally is protected by your device’s own operating-system security and by device encryption where you have enabled it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we later add features that do collect data — for example online leaderboards, advertising, or analytics — we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before those features are released, and we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
